Actually, the option is to ignore 0 xp mobs. While I toyed with the idea of excluding 0 damage hits from averages, in the end it just doesn't make sense to do so. On the other hand, if you just want a counter, go to the Offense Details tab and it will give you a frequency count for each damage value. Here's an example from a pld in an Ultima parse:
