Maybe they turned the Event on again, so Regional Vendors sell as they should once again.

The country that won gets their venders to sell everything. But people from the countrys that lost can still buy from these venders by just travling to the country that won. Am I understanding this correctly?

And what should I stock up on that probably won't be available after this, like Movalpolos Water?
