Chance of stores breaking WoTG street date?

I called like 4 Gamestops in my area and got 4 different results. I guy even said the only final fantasy we have is for ds i dont see a final fantasy for ps2 in our system. . The rest was like we will have it monday bc of thanksgiving black friday etc. I was like FUCK YOU. Go figure i call best buy they go we will have it out on the 21st.

Xbox 360 not sure but im pretty sure you can do that with a ps2 copy. i remember people in my ls doing that with ToAU.

Yeah, I know I can get a 360 version too and I believe it will work (was just hoping someone was more certain than I am with some form of proof lol) since Gamecrazy has the 360 version in stock.

But I need a torrent before I go out and buy a PS2/360 version, unless I feel like buying the whole game for my brothers 360 and playing on that until the PC version comes out lol.

I'm virtually positive this works. Thats what I was planning on doing. Once your char is registered with the key, it stays with your char. I did it with ToAU. I used the key for my PC and just installed on my PS2 and didnt need the key so I just gave the key to a ls friend and he was good to go. Should work similar here I'd imagine.

Looks like UK Game suck horribly- they say they'll probably be getting WotG in stores on Thursday morning but it won't get put on the shelves until Friday or Saturday because "that's when we put the new games out"...

Got that same excuse myself. Funny thing tho is that the PC version is out tomorrow. Imma HAMMER that into em till they give in no way in hell am i letting em off the hook i checked their site its the XBOX360 version thats friday not the PC. I took a day off work ffs to get the downloads and that sorted out. SE FAILS HARD for not putting this up on a goddamn Bitorrent server as alot of ppl with the PC version dont NEED to leave the house to go buy this if they added the codes to their online store ~.~
