The creepy description of them collecting "seabed's nectar" and putting it into the drink has pieced a few things together. I'm guessing the part when the girl blows up has to do with her drinking certain amounts of it. Reminds me of this old shitty movie the Stuff, but it had no giant monster attacking the city. It's obviously from the ocean, on the trailer website it shows a trail going from the ocean to the city...

Goddamn I can't wait for this movie. Day motherfucking one.

If you watch the trailer it shows the monster BARELY, but you also see where it seems like people are getting infected by the things this monster gives off. Also the woman behind the tent seems like she blows up and maybe is a vessel for hatching babies?

No it's from the drink Slusho. On the website it says that they collected this nectar from the bottom of the sea. I'm guessing the big mother (Sin) is angry and well the "nectar" is growing inside people and tearing them apart. It honestly reminds me of this shitty movie called The Stuff.

Uggh The Stuff, that movie used to scare the shit out of me when I was like 6. Reminded me of like a post-apoctalypic world where everyone is addicted and dying, especially the part where the black guys mouth rips open. Bleh very cheesey creepy shit.
