It looks like NA is the only place with the problem. Amazon are shipping across Europe as we speak. Which to be frank is a turn up for the books.

No, they're shipping to some in Europe as we speak.. I preordered from amazon.co.uk on nov. 3rd. and according to their site, my copy is still listed under "Items not yet dispatched:"

Just picked up my copy at a store here in Italy, no "Vista" crap anywhere on the box, so might be really a NA only issue

Do you know how to datamine? Or upload torrents (you are Euro, so you have rubbish internet like Australia, but hey who knows) <_> I'm confident the files are the same as the US ones, just reg code is the only one that needs to be diff.

Yes, the files are the same. I'm only not sure if NE also has the German and French texts in it..

Yes, it doesnt list the ROM5 folder, trying to fix it via registry.
