I found nothing in the dialog in Ru'Lude Gardens. I checked Metalworks to see if it was maybe a nation specific quest - nothing. I did, however, find LOADS of text in Rolanberry Fields. My guess is that you examine that Maw and get sucked in, but it really seems to me that there should be something else to "flag" that part first (just judging by the mission descriptions).

I'll probably snoop a little more tonight.

Like I said, judging by the Mission text, it really sounds like someone comes up to you and says, "Hey, these Cavernous Maws have appeared. Go check the one in Rolanberry."

Just a question of who that dude is, and Jeuno just seemed like the right place to check. Only checked Upper Jeuno and Ru'Lude, though.

I forget where, but I read that after completing a certain mission you would be able to use the CMs for free. So it will cost...gil?...CP?...First born? I'm hoping it's CP and watch exp parties pop up in sky again so people can access new areas. lol
