How to put backed-up macros into books

For those of us who used to backup our macros for each job before the books of macros were implemented, the thought of having to rewrite all the macros wasn't a fun idea. However, I have figured out the new macro system for the books to make it easier to put your backed up macros back into the game.

(Sorry if this has been posted already, I did a search and hadn't found anything)

For book one, all the macro files are names mcr.dat -> mcr9.dat
For book two, all the macro files are names mcr10.dat -> mcr19.dat
For book three, all the macro files are names mcr20.dat -> mcr29.dat

And so on and so forth.

In the end, here is how my folder ended up after going through each book:
(I didn't circle them all since they weren't all grouped together, and I figured people here are smart enough to figure out which the rest out on their own.)
