Gamestop Availablity

So I just checked on Gamestop.com and did a 40 mile sweep of my zipcode to see if there were any stores that had any of the versions of the game.

Every store (like 50 came up) was said to have 0 of every version. I live in Orlando, so this seemed unusual.

Does anyone know when they update the game availability counters? I don't wanna waste my gas driving around and looking for a copy if the site is correct and there aren't any anywhere, but if it takes them a few days then it'd be worth pursuing.

Don't use Gamestop's website that often, so I figured I would ask before driving around and burning my gas.

Drove to the Gamestop near here (went that way because there is a Target and Best Buy over there too, just in case) asked if they had PS2 WoTG, he says yeah, and it's installing now.

I wouldn't bother with calling, just pick somewhere that has a few stores within a short distance and go check around.

All stores in the Metro KC area have PS2 and XBox, both the expansion and the collection edition.

Posted in other thread too, but Lincoln, Nebraska Gamestop that I called said they had plently in stock and the shortage was regional at best.

Fuckers better actually have it when I drive 30miles in after work to get it.

The website is not realtime, make a few phone calls to get the best answer.

My Gamestop didn't have it on the shelf, so I asked the guy at the desk and he started digging through the box of stuff they'd received that day. There it was, XBox and PS2, Expansion and Vana'diel Collection versions. Might not get and answer over the phone, best bet would be to walk in and try to charm them into looking "in the back" for you ^^

I'm in Michigan BTW, the Gamestop I got them from was in the Great Lakes Crossing Mall in Auburn Hills

iirc... the check store availability isnt updated till mid night... so as of midnight yesterday there are 0 copies

Most of the Gamestops in Miami, FL have Xbox360 and PS2 versions

I went to two Gamestops and an EB games today, all said they're getting the PC version in Friday...(I live in South Florida).

I might as well check Target and Office Depot while I'm at it.

Game stop by me has xbox and ps2 but not sure about pc yet. If you need xbox or ps2 version and u live in Orlando its like an 1hr or so drive from Orlando to PC.

It is only the PC version that is having problems, the shipping date got pushed back.
The game store I work at got the xbox 360 versions and ps2 versions in yesterday (tuesday the 20th), but no pc version.
The shipping date was pushed back to today (21st) for our store and the other local game stores (gamestop / eb) and will be getting pc version on friday. (live in PA)
Talked to someone at SE and it is still going live thanksgiving though.

Just picked mine up, it arrived a few days ago and the lazy fucks made me wait about 15 minutes so they could take inventory on it. They didn't have the 360 version however.
