there's also new maps in the dats of all the old areas, with updated zonelines etc

these maps show us why only half the starting areas are there - the new areas bridge the gaps from starter areas > older areas. for example, west saruta > fort narugo > meriph mountains

Yeah, I think someone said on Phoenix that ronfaure was under attack already, yet there's no mobs in any of Taj's pics.

I don't get the Campaign maps, do the claymores over a region's dot mean there's a fight occuring?

well before wivres and greater colibris were added (and the bugards before wivres) in bhaflau you could go thru mt zhayom and see the lowest part of the colibri camp and it had zero monsters or anything at all. this was before alzadaal ruines were added. most of the zones taj is in and on the map yet. so its logical that they have no monsters.

all the new bst model dats have no heads for some reason, i guess perhaps they are somehow randomising head+body? there are a tonne of bodies for each of the races, different weapons and outfits and stuff.
