anyone understand this shit so far? I went to garlaige citadel music stopped heard warp effect 1318290481290 npcs appeared one gave me a quest like 20 minutes later music started again they all disappear. This seems like a bug or something

eh the number was an exageration but it was like 20 that didnt all appear at once. One was always there I think? for vunk map quest. The rest were common npcs like a town or something said weird things. One was a delivery npc
