Just picked up a new X-box 360. I had one when it first came out but I got the red lights of death. Sent it back they repaired it, I promptly sold it for 350.00

Long story short, aside from the games I know are good(Dead Rising, Halo 3, Elder Scrolls.) I don't know what else is a must buy. I will pick up Ace Combat just because I love that series.

So give me some recommendations here guys and gals.

Dynasty Warriors Gundam

Its the same thing as regular Dynasty Warriors but follows the Gundam series, I guess, I never really watched the show. THeres no innovation here, but you get to pilot a big fuckin robot and slice thousands of other big fuckin robots. Whats not to love?

It being a shitty ass game? Though I admit, I'm kinda suckered into the whole gundam thing... cause I'm a BIG mech fan =/ lol

Everyone hates Dynasty Warriors but me. Theres just something about this series that I love, probably the fact you can just get right into killing and you don't have to bother with all the stupid shit.

Oh yeah, and seriously if it was Dynasty Warriors 6 Super Legends to the Max then I would have waited for it to be in the "old, no one likes this game bin." When I saw that you got to pilot the Gundams, I was sold... for a used copy!

I liked Dynasty Warriors. Even liked Ninja Warriors too. So I ran out to Gamestop yesterday afternoon since they had the Black Friday specials going on. It was buy two used games get the third free. So I now own Ace Combat 6, Dead Rising, F.E.A.R., and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.

I looked at Blue Dragon and it looked too kiddy for my taste. Two Worlds looked like a Oblivion rip off but I would like to know if it was any good or not. Has anyone sat down and played Jericho? I'm really kind of interested in how it is.

Considering this thread is in the RPG forums I'd be remiss in not mentioning Eternal Sonata. It's definitely a better game than Blue Dragon.

I'll also second Dynasty Warriors: Gundam. I love DW games personally, and I've never understood why they never get good reviews. The chief complaints are always "it's the same as the last X number of Dynasty Warriors games" and "it's repetitive", and they give the game a 6-7 score. Funny how those same sentences exactly describe EA Sports' business model, but every Madden scores in the 9-9.5 range.
