Can I use the same registration code on two systems?

So I'm having issues with my PS2 right now and won't be able to install my PS2 expansion for a couple weeks, probably. I'm wondering, if I download a torrent for PC and use my PS2 code to activate it, will I then have to go buy another copy of the expansion to use on my PS2 when it does work? I'm not really sure because when I installed the game on my PC, I never had to enter any registration code at all. I think this was because I never created a new account, only added an existing account.

Does anyone know for sure?

Registration codes are tied to the account not the system

Just need a registration code for each account, not for each system(ps2/pc/xbox). So once you register it for that account it'll work on w/e.
