Rolanberries>Vellum Confirmation

Seen it posted in the Neo Scholar thread, so I went to see if it was true.

I made a new thread so no one would miss, because this seems extremly helpful. However, I was only allowed to trade 3 stacks of 12 till he ran out of Vellum.

It seems to me that you're allowed to make three trades total before he runs out. I made two trades of four stacks, and one of two, and he ran out after giving me 10 Vallum. The only consistent thing I've heard is that people are making three trades, so it might be best to make sure you trade him a full 4 stacks.

He'll only allow you to trade 4 stacks of Rolanberries per trade, so this sadly won't work.

That's a shame, oh well, we can still get the 12 Vellum we need though.

I got owned because I only traded a stack at a time, so I was only able to get 3 Vellums, but hey, now we know!

i went to the npc before getting sch quest and.. doesn't work ><

I too was only allowed to make 3 trades. I wound up with 9 vellum.

Footnotes:
You must have the SCH quest active in order for this to work.
You get 1 Vellum per stack of Rolanberry.
Are only allowed to make 3 trades with the NPC.
He allows up to 4 stacks of Rolanberry per trade.
You can in fact get an entire stack of Vellum if you trade him the max amount each time.
