Then i'm totally stumped. I couldn't get in if my life depended on it, with my account, yet my friend, in another part of the world, got on instantly.

Yeah, I couldn't get on all afternoon, been trying since like 1pm est. My friend got his PC version and registered right away, thought I was crazy when I told him about the error messages. I let him log in and register for me and he got it on his first try. I have no idea why or how the servers let certain IP's through more than once, but it looks as if they do. If you have a friend that you trust with your account info, you might as well give it a shot, can't hurt to try.

It's the Zone Lag issue again. I couldn't on both of the systems I have, but I had a friend that was able to get on the registration screen do my ID... went through.

So find a friend that has no issues, or try a second ISP

PS: Earthlink DSL, N FL... lag out

We would like to take this opportunity to update everyone on the status of the registration server congestion that began with the opening of service for "Wings of the Goddess."

As of Nov. 22, a counter plan was enacted to cease certain registration server functions in order to divert more resources to the registering of the new expansion, but we still have yet to see a significant improvement. Even now, we are still experiencing a congestion due to heavy traffic.

Our staff continues to keep an eye on the situation and is working to resolve this issue.

New updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we thank you for your continuing support.


According to them, they've done what they could do and it basically didn't solve or improve the situation.
It seems like this may take a good 3 days.

after tryin over 24hrs every now and then,for up to 3 hrs straight at some poiunt with no success i just found myself getting it registered without any waiting time,5am gmt+1 <.<

if others still experience heavy traffic and cant register,may try restarting pc/net/whatever that might changes the current IP

My guess is their SSL settings are garbage for high volume traffic

Taking the router out of the equation worked perfectly for me, went from spaming for 4 hours without any result going through my router to connecting directly to internet without a router and went 1 on 1 to register, no retry or anything.

This looks more and more like the problem had when they dced entering certain zones.

I'm in France and I just got through fast, only came up with 4 Retry screens and I had to change my payment details and reactivate my contend ID aswell. Glad that's over with.
