There is a proper place for newbie questions. As a matter of fact, it has its own forum. Advanced forum is not the place to ask newbie questions, and as the ban cat stated, circumventing the correct forum purposefully in the hope of gaining a quick answer will now result in a ban. Pretty simple, really. If you don't like it, ask the mods for a refund and go somewhere else.
