I'm curious if anyone has found a use for these NPCs.

San d'Oria's is named Palardaifault V Draffles opposite the side where you get Ops where the AH is (I-9). He gives various options per category to voice an opinion on, but I'm not sure what this is exactly used for. I guess they're supposed to change our strategies in Campaign or something.

He asked my favorite commander, I picked General Cerane I Virgaut... cause like:

After you pick something it doesn't look like you can change your mind, at least not without talking to someone else. Maybe it will be changeable by conquest tally?

My apologies if there's another thread regarding this; anyone from the other nations know anything or find the NPCs there?

i think SE explained this in their post regarding campaign on POL

you as a player can give several commands a week and your opinions influence is determined by the rank you have(gained through campaign missions or storyline missions,dont know for sure anymore)

the command each player gives, influences the army movement and that influences the area distribution at the end of every week(or somewhat like that,i think)
