    Re: XP Camps

    lots of gigas in Vunkerl Inlet, at K-6ish and I-9, check VT to 75, they are not too hard, killable easily with 5(thf/nin rdm/nin rdm/blm, war/nin, nin/thf) not sure on repop, but some bombs around the same areas, however the bombs are easy too
    The Gigas respawn is around 5 minutes, I think they would be great for the low70's high 60's.

    Re: XP Camps

    I found 5+ (I wanna say about 8 ) Robber Crabs behind the fortification in Vunkerl (where campaign battles take place). They were EP to me at 75 and it seemed like a pretty safe camp in the tunnel leading west out of that area. So probably a good low to mid 50s camp, just like normal Robber Crabs.

    Gnoles appear to be extremely affected by moon-phase. I was tearing through them on 75THF/NIN as DC mobs at new moon, they did...nothing dangerous at all, and I think their attack TP move was 1-shadow blinkable. Their self-cure TP move was for about 250. 5-min repop, and at least 10 pops @ the southern zone to Vunkerl Islet in Jugner Forest. I think that during the right moon this would be an -outstanding- xp camp @65ish - outpost to present day Jugner, maw, run around. Might be a good 2nd camp near maw as well. Counter would be the only annoying thing, but spread out and it's only 1 person's problem at a time.

    Re: XP Camps

    I am curious to see if anyone has found any alt camps in the 20-35 lvl range. saw some of the post for the lvl 12 worms and the colibris in the high 30s but theres a huge gap. I looked a around for a bit but couldnt find anything. anyone seen camps for ptys in that range (qufim / jungle alt camps) or places viable for solo with PL.

    (and yes i know my post count it low. long time reader on forums just dont post alot bc if i spend more then 35 seconds looking for an answer to a question i can usually find it)

    Bastok's spiders and sheep are for early 20s, I think it replaces qufim.

    Only thing wrong with that is spiders = slowga and no erase @ that level. Sheep should be very easy to fight, so long as your mage is smart enough to stay OOR.

    From what I noticed, their attack speed increases dramatically the closer to full moon that it gets. I went out on my SMN trying to farm claws awhile back at about 34% waxing crescent, and their attack speed didn't seem anything special, about the same speed as my avatar's. Awhile after that I was heading to jugner to farm smilodon hides and I decided to go fight a gnole along the way (was running from Batallia at the time since I had just got done with a campaign battle in eldieme). I noticed that it was near full moon, and I had heard they were tougher to fight the closer to full moon it got, so I went to do some tests. The attack speed was noticeably higher than it was before (was almost hundred fists in terms of delay) and I had to run to the jugner zone cause I wouldn't be able to beat it.

    Only thing I think is an absolute bitch when killing gnoles on a full moon is the heal. A 2K heal is just ridiculous, especially when it can be used multiple times.

    vunkler inlet has oodles of bombs. I'm kind of looking forward to giving it a shot on bst :D they're EM-VT to a lv 70 bst. tigers make nice pets, but atm too many people killing random stuff to xp there reliably ^^;
    The Peistes have very nasty TP moves. and 5-6k HP, so they might not be a good spot for burn parties. AoE Paralyze and AoE Damage+Bind would be a pain in the ass. The 5-hit one and their glowy-eye Super Haste wouldn't be nice either.

    They most likely have a shitty 5% droprate (or maybe Steal-only?) of Agaricus Mushrooms. Which I'm guessing maybe go into Mushroom Salad, but I didn't see the recipe when I was looking at the guild list.

    Well, I didn't have TH so I can't say for sure, but I probably killed 40 of them. I was a level 49 BST and their range is about 47-49, and I got most of the way to 50 (4000xp?) on EM Coppercap kills. I was getting chain 3-4 thanks to how many there were and my habit of converting pets as I run around, so I probably killed somewhere in the low-30s of them. It's possible the mushroom is stolen only, but there are some new shrooms in the upstairs Exoray room of CN that might drop the mushroom as well. I'd check there first.
