Please don't kill the Pixies. They cure and raise players.

I've been leveling DNC in North Gustaberg [S] and there's a Pixie that comes near the gate sometimes. A bunch of people have come by & started to kill it, and most will listen to me, but now that it's getting into JP time I can't figure out a good way to say it in auto-translate.

Before I ever heard or saw it cure/raise anyone I killed an EP Pixie and had no trouble at all (75thf) >.> Everyone seems to have bad experiences but yeah I killed her quick. Then I was killing Gnoles in Batallia and one Cure IV'd me and I vowed in /say to never kill her kind again.

If we can get Pixie's to present day zones that would be amazing, Pixie's are the best mob ever created.

I've lost about 10k exp so far screwing around in expansion areas, and it would be a lot more if it wasn't for Pixies XD Random cures while running around and training mobs, and R3s = epic win.

Only thing is, they seem to move around a lot in quite a wide area, so I doubt you'd be able to exp near them too easily.

Hide definitely works on Pixies, so if your group is in trouble and there's a pixie nearby but isn't curing you, claim and Hide in front of your group. :D It'll lose aggro, then see you need a cure and fix you up.

pixie cured me while i was using sorc ring >.> pwned me in the face. I was soloing those gnoles near the bridge in that inlet zone to get a claw when it happened.

I just want to say. I LOVE THE PIXIES. They are by far the coolest mobs I have ever seen. Where ToaU had truesight amnesia spamming fuckwads that knock your clothes off and terror you every 5 seconds, WotG has a cute little floating chick who cures you and Raise IIIs you. I also hereby declare that anyone who kills a pixie should be ostracized from polite society, whipped, and spat upon like a dog.

I concur. There was a summoner mithra killing pixies in east ronfare. I wanted to stab her/him in the face.

I haven't actually seen a pixie yet ; ; although the husband did and I wasn't able to get to him fast enough.
