I see, so one of the ops like Pit spider. Thanks. Seems it changes depending on who controls the region, some see a Beastmen Ensign and others an Allied Ensign.

That is not entirely true, Vunkerl will always have a Beastmen Ensign even under San d'Orian control, for example. As far as I know, the Ensign never changes.Originally Posted by Builttolast
Oh so it's zone dependent. I've only seen that one in North Gustaberg so wasn't entirely sure how it worked.
beastmen ensign look WAY cooler than ours. unfortunately i didn't snap a picture. i'll grab one when next i go past one.
Hi,
Is there a list of NPCs that can be recruited for campaign and the items you need to trade them?
Thanks,

Hi got some questions.
I'm a sandorian[s] citizen that has completed mission from 1-3. Got a 2nd rank of ribbon and about 50k allied notes.
1) I'd like to know storyline in windurst and bastok, will there be any penalty to my allied notes and ribbon rank?
2) I'm about 1 day till next rank evaluation, if i've joined other nation in 1) will this timer get restarted ?
3) If I've complete both bastok and windy quests, how can I join sandoria since i've done M1-3 of that nation already?
Thanks.
Alright first off there are 3 quests for each nation, the "Initiation" Quest can be skipped if you've done the "Initiation Quest" of another nation. If you've signed up for a nation and simply want to experience their storyline there is no penalty. If, however, you want the story from "Snakes on the Plain", or the Fighting Fourth quests, then you will be deducted 300 AN and your highest medal upon switching back. (At least I think that's how it goes, haven't changed myself).Originally Posted by eva00r
Switching Nations resets your evaluation timer, yes.
If you wish to do the Initiation Quests for the other nations, you can simply just re-sign up at San d'Oria. One of the NPCs should give you the option.
However, what this all means though, is you can do the other nation's "story" quests w/o switching Nations. These quests are "Better Part of Valor", "Fires of Discontent" for Bastok and "The Tigress Stirs", "The Tigress Strikes" for Windurst. But if you're OCD and want every quest completed you'll have to sacrifice at least 300 AN and one medal.
So be sure to do this early on if you're going to do it, so you just lose a dinky little ribbon instead of a more valuable medal later.Originally Posted by Rocl
Question: What the fuck is the problem of the ore lob NM in rolanberry campaign?
How can you survive when he summons that other quad and do ore lob aoe for 1k damage*2?
Actually, I did the Windy initiation quest and I was given the prompt asking if I wanted to join after I completed it.Originally Posted by Rocl
So you can do the quests w/o joining, or at least Windy's.
It's NOT true for Bastok. I did that mistake a while ago and got kidnaped by the galka army. I believe Sandoria is going to kidnap you as well once you complete the missionOriginally Posted by Maxxthepenguin

What is the name of the (TP?) move that warmachine uses that fills my chatlog with dead bodies? I really really hate him.
Blastbomb, lolblu.Originally Posted by Koyangi
Must be the chat filters. (There's no way I'm running all mob effects with all the NPC's and other PC's there, I'd be super lagged more than I already am.)![]()
Not just blastbomb; firebomb and fountain are retarded huge aoe damage as well.Originally Posted by Lordender
I recall people posting from fanfest about beastmen attacking pixies on the test server. Has anyone seen this in the actual game?
One of them work like fafnir breath, no?Originally Posted by fantasticdan
Fountain is the conic Breath Attack. It's elementally aligned to Water and deals damage based on a percent of the Warmachine's current HP.Originally Posted by Kaylia
I'm pretty sure Firebomb is single target and i know Burst (the arrow attack) is. BlastBomb is the worst one, it's radius is huge, unlike AoE spells the damage isn't split between the number of people that get hit by it, AND it has Additional Effect: Bind if you manage to survive the first shot.
