I thought cures were CHR dependent?

oh maybe, i dont have much CHR gear myself so i cant really try. weirdly, my curing waltz I caped at 96 3 times in a row on a RNG and didnt break the 91 on a DRG, i didnt change gear so ... idk (96 was in TP set so no comment, no CHR/MND at all xd)

I don't think it's chr. I planned on testing this later today but I just hit 21 on my dnc like 30 min ago and one of the first things I did was equip my spike necklace. I was originally doing 71 hp for cures. But when I hit 21 I was doing 68. Spike necklaces have -6 mnd on them so says to me it's mnd based. I had to run to salvage before I could really check but I will test when we're done.


You make me wonder though if chr has any effect on the dmg for drains you do (or any other stat for that matter). So far it seems like the drain caps at 50% of your hit but has a high resist rate so you usually do about 30-15% drain on your hits. I wonder if there are any stats that would make the 50% more consistant....hmmm
