We did get 600/600 after the Campaign ended, dunno why we got 0 halfway through.

Edit: we were farming Gnoles during the next Campaign and Conqueror Bakgodek came through with his buddies and owned us, even though we didn't have Allied Tags.

Edit #2: Doing N. Gustaberg Campaign and we got xp/AN halfway through like normal... wtf is going on with Campaign??

Really hard dent in Campaign reward, plus I don't get how it's calculated:

I signed up right as one was about to end. Aspired for 71 MP (actually got the MP, I was low), took two hits for about 200 damage, had time for one swing of about 150 damage... and I got 0 reward.

WTF?

I did three full mobs + NM, got 300 xp. Next run, I fought one mob and kited another one around the tower while getting healed by the pixie. Lasted about 3 minutes until I brought it to the NPC and they killed it, got 600/300. No clue how this shit works.

It's lowered... a ton.
Friend of mine used gear to put himself in the yellow and cured himself over and over till his MP ran dry. (Taru WHM with MP gear, etc, so well over 1k MP.)

I think he said he got 100xp and 53ish AN.

Always got crap points for healing people. Only good healing spell for points is Raise.

Well, I found the announcement at least. The servers weren't down as long as I remember, and of course no mention of them relocating them to the states. I dunno where I got it in my head that they had been moved so far...

Now that I think about it I'm pretty sure I just assumed that they were on the west coast given that almost all the maintenance times have been smack-dab in the middle of the work day over there.

Servers are not on the west coast but their customer support staff (whom probably gets a good deal of irrate customers calling) are on the west coast. I have yet to sit at home while the game was down, I'm always at work when it happens...

Has anyone tried Campaign on a non-75 job? Id imagine that the exp given would depend on the level of the job just like Besiged does, but is there any confirmation yet?

Still haven't fixed the gamma problem with the backgrounds since update that a lot of people are having. Also the choppiness has yet to be fixed since the expansion. I am not getting the lag problem that others have but, the game is far choppier since the big patch, when it ran without a hitch before.

I've gone as 67 pld/nin a few times, it's about the same as besieged, i can still cap on exp pretty quick though since at 67 i can still tank a bit and cure a lot

Ah ok. Thats actually the same level of my THF, I wanted to try to get as far as I can in my spare time without partying as possible. :D

I really hope they undo some of the adjustment. What's the point of doing Campaign now?

One attack, Ronf. I was there for 20 minutes. Buffed (buffed, buffed), tried to swing on a mob when they finally arrived, but the 100+ NPCs killed it before my swing finished. 0 reward.

Second attack, Bat Downs. 35 minutes. A grand total of two orcs attacked, both times the NPCs killed them before I even saw the mobs. Had spent most of the time buffing myself and NPCs. 20 XP.

I lost AN doing these attacks. I ran out to the Ronf one, but I had to teleport to the Bat Downs one (80 AN).

What's the point? There are so many NPCs at this that the PCs aren't even needed, they kill them before we can do anything.

I'm guessing others agree, since Midgar finally got the Candysense back after days of being gone. Give me my Besieged XP back, please! ;;

Well I remember people saying Besieged was "too easy," when it first came out. Maybe the beastman attacks build levels, just like Besieged? The levels could grow on a different timer/set of circumstances.?
