How do you know it is your nation's enemy control specific area? You can only tell it's Win/Bas/San/Bst only, right?
anyway? current standing for Pandy is 5/5/4/4. I don't have any Offensive operation available on my Allied Ribon of Glory § § § §

Untrue. with the current standing given above, I don't have any Defensive Operations.

IMO, the theory Suiram mentioned before (Production / Supply rank of your nation) have an effect to your available Ops. It's a strong one because it still hasn't been disproved

It's fairly obvious that Yagudo only go after Windurst zones, etc. E.g. you will never see a Quadav attack in Meriphataud Mountains, only Yagudo. It's the same concept that out of the Allies only San d'Oria is allowed to control Jugner Forest. No matter how much people affiliated with Windurst campaign in Jugner Forest, the credit will go to San d'Oria. The only difference is the Allies are tallied separately while the Beastmen are tallied as a single unit. Also note that you can only complete Smoke Screen/Aegis Scream in Campaign battles against your nation's enemy, furthering my point here.

As I said before, last week I had all Ops available for my rank except for those under Intel Gathering (no outdoor zones under Yagudo control), Smoke Screen Ops were available. After this week's tally Windurst controlled all 6 of its zones and Smoke Screen Ops have been removed from the list, Pit Spider I was still there. LS members affiliated with San d'Oria and Bastok had Pit Spider available, but not Smoke Screen after both tallies.

Like I said, accessibility =/= availability. You might not see them in your list due to other factors, but they have all been observed to become accessible at these levels. I didn't say regional control was the factor, only a factor, which has been observed to be true. Updating the original post to make this more clear.

With the Allied Ribbon of Glory, I only had 5 Campaign Ops available (Materiel Storm, Vanguard-x I and II, and Stock and Awe I and II). After the conquest Tally, I had every Op open up except for Brave Dawn I and II. I dunno if that helps any, but it does seem that the nations' strategy direction matters.

Just did Smokescreen II, which I have to go to the citidal for on kujata. Did the mission get back and dumb whore npc is "better hope the boss doesn't find out about this." It doesn't even show up as mission completed in mission log, so 1 tag wasted.

So I did Aegish Scream II and same thing happens, this a bug or am I overlooking something? Did both missions as 67 war.

You need to pull in a minimum number of points between Campaign battles for those Ops. The requirement seems to be 1000 or more exp earned for those specific Ops. You'll know you've earned enough when you see two sets of exp awarded at the end of a Campaign battle.

Hey, for future reference, if a Goblin Picaroon stays alive for more than 15 minutes it goes into rage mode.

I was soloing the two Goblins from Delta Strike II, and they kept Cure V'ing themselves, so it took forever to kill them. I killed the BLM and then got the WHM to 20% and it decided to start hitting me for 300-400 damage. On PLD/WAR. It also regens. A LOT.

It seems three is number of campaign you need to do. I did three campaign for Aegis Scream II and three campaign for smokescreen II and got win.

Incorrect. I did two Campaign battles that totaled over 1000 for Smoke Screen II, but I only completed one Campaign battle worth over 1000 before I got the win for Aegis Scream II.

did they fix the "craft questions" OP? I knew you had all the time to browse a website *before* starting the trial as the NPC mentioned the recipe, but this last night i failed 2/2 and i'm pretty sure i choses crystal+ingredients really fast

Delta Strike II (B) - as I have just ranked up thought I would give this a try.

Just as I now have just read on ffxiclopedia: Two Goblin Picaroons - not I7 ??? is on mid level of the hill.

"The Goblin Picaroons spawn as BLM and WHM with no difference in name, only weapon and spell usage. The WHM wields a staff whereas the BLM wields a dagger."

As a 75 RDM/NIN with melee gear (acc was not capped with life belt, PCA and veneer ring), seemed to me that the WHM had 7-8khp. With 4/8 enfeeb merits (note little MND or INT gear macroed in) silence and paralyse were not very sticky though slow II was. WHM was hitting for non-crtis of approx 35.

I am very sad to say got the WHM to 35%, AM hit me down and a WHM ws finished me off, otherwise could have won. Poor show I know. The goblins despawned after 2 mins unclaimed. Also no pixie in vicinity to R3 me .

What I would say about this. To solo either need to hit hard and quick, or have some way of sleeping one while dealing with other. BLM > WHM. A local ep goblin is in the area - I am not sure if he will link/aggro - but be beware.

I will be back tomorrow to solo this for sure - I want revenge - hope some ppl find this useful.

Edit: Just read about them going into rage mode at 15 mins - if this is the case may be even trickier to solo indeed.

Edit2: Tried again - and lost. BLM >WHM - took the BLM down np, and kept the whm slept. Got a surprise when I went onto WHM - hit harder and faster, and then I got a link from the local BST goblin - enough said. Not sure if the WHM was in a rage mode at the end - he was hitting for over 140 to my too weak build where before this had been a lot less!

i did that op the other day on DRG/SAM and didnt know what i was getting into. took out the BLM after they took me down to about 50% and then had to 2hr on the WHM to get some HP back and finish him off. WHM liked to cast diaga alot.

I don't think that's true, I did it the same as I always did, and yet I also failed even though I never failed it before... I even took less time than I have taken before due to misspelling the name of an item and not realizing, then having to go back and fix my mistake, etc.
