Campaign Ops Discussion

In regards to Crystal Fist (I) from Windurst:

I failed the first time because of time...silly me. Tonight I tried it again, chose Alchemy.

I got 3 recipes to do:

Coffee Powder
Wax Spatha
Cornstarch

Got 90 limit points and I think 480 Notes. Sorry, I was campaigning all day and forgot number of notes ;-;

Something I've been thinking about with the missing Ops, if you got extras (compared to the 3 at first rank and 2 at second most have) how much campaign have you done? Starting to think that the campaign fiends are the ones getting all the extra ops at each rank.

I've never done Crystal Fist, but I am a campaign fiend <.< I had the option for Streetsweeper/Brave Dawn/etc but it disappeared, gonna check again now

I did. Some people at the beginning talked about getting correct recipes rejected, other people later in the thread talked about a time limit, but nobody said what the time limit is or whether the people at the beginning of the thread were rejected because of the time limit. I was hoping for some clarification.

Anyway, I tried again with Alchemy (coffee powder, copper nugget, distilled water) and it worked fine. But I was also faster this time, so...

I did crystal fist I with goldsmithing, it was fairly simple. I was asked to give recipes for 3 nq gems (wind+appropriate coloured rock). I will try crystal fist II after maintenance and see how it goes.

Now since we can check time until next tag... mine seems to refresh at 12:00 midnight CST. I remember a theory about them refreshing at midnight local time. Anyone confirm?

I can confirm that it's 24 hours and NOT jp midnight. No screenshots, but why would I lie about it? I received my first tag at 11:00ish on Sunday, I've had another tag ready after 11:00 the past 2 days. I've checked before 11 and he tells me I should be tired from overworking myself, then magically 24 hours after I've used my last tag, I have another one available.

I use my tags at 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM in the mornings, yet they refresh at 12:00 Midnight... maybe your game thinks you're in a different time. :D

Edit: To be fair, I can't confirm exactly when I got my first tag, and I've never let them build beyond one. The 12:00 local time theory would explain the accounts of people who got their tag before the 24 hour mark.

On topic: I have no idea why they'd base it on local time zone or anything, 24 hours from last use or whatever seems to make sense.

I wonder... Did you do a Campaign Battle before attempting to do the Campaign Op? Maybe the extra ones are only available to you if you participated in Campaign earlier that day. (Or some other wacky condition like that.)

This update added a timer. I finished an OP and it told me, when i spoke to Rasdinice again:

"You will be issued a new OP Credit in approximately 15 hours (Earth Time)."

Ya I did the same, lvl1 sch got nothing, but when I did that as level 10 I got 90 (for the first synth one).

Today I did the second bastok synth one, it was easy and I got 140 exp for my scholar :D

I ranked up to brass today and got 2 more Op choices.

Under Resource procurement I have Stock and Awe I and Material Storm I

Under Supply Manufacture I have Crystal fist I and Iron Anvil I


No other new options, but I only have 1 Op credit so I'm going to wait a day to see if more are available with more credits.
