I just have wiki open in another window with my cursor in the search box. When the item is given I Alt+Tab and look it up before hitting enter to get to the crystal dialog. I've never had a problem with this and have done Crystal Fist I twice and Iron Anvil I once.

This is also how I do it. I never hit the enter button once the item is stated until after I look it up. Once I know the ingredients I'll hit enter allowing me to continue which then prompts me with my choices. I have done Crystal Fist I four times now and I have never lost.

Still have all 5 of the OPs gained from having the Brass Ribbon. Had just logged into the game for the day, haven't done any campaign in the past 12-14 hours, only have 1 credit, and Sandy owns South Sandy, E Ronfaure, Jugner, Batallia, and Vunkerl Inlet. All of those have no beastmen presence other than Jugner, which has about 50% Beastmen, with Sandy full. Total of 8907 AN atm. Listing all of this info in hopes that maybe we can figure out what causes these higher tier OPs to appear, as well as a few of the unique ones that I got (can't remember seeing Domino/Delta Strike/Pit Spider/Granite Rose posted).

Crimson Domino: This operation requires that you deliver supplies from a checkpoint garrison to one of our strongholds.
1 person req.

Delta Strike: This operation requires that you patrol San d'Orian territory and eliminate any immediate threats to the kingdom.
1 person req.

Pit Spider: This operation requires that you ambush one of the enemy's supply caravans and eliminate all traveling with it.
Only small units of three members of more will be granted clearance to undertake this mission.
**Ensign needed to enter is at J-7 of Vurkerl Inlet. Looking for the Beastmen Ensign. Will edit soon with details.
Found three orcs, Pld flashed and Rdm followed up with Sleepga. All three resisted and proceeded to warp away. Without engaging us.

Granite Rose: This operation requires that you aid our garrison knights in their efforts against an enemy siege.
Only small units of three members of more will be granted clearance to undertake this mission.

If any can think of any other info to gather about current campaign status/ect to try and figure out why these are now flagged post back and Ill look into what I can.

Just did this for Sandy. It required going to H-7 in East Ron and after clicking on the ??? it spawned an NM gob. It was pretty easy to kill as a 75 Thf/Nin but it had a lot of HP. 900 damage DE's were only taking off about 8% HP.

Anyway, I did delta strike as well. Not a terribly eventful fight, but it was a great deal harder than I'd thought it would be seeing as a good deal of previous Ops could be done at level 1. The goblin hit my 75 blue mage for about 60 damage, and had triple attack, though its evasion didn't seem very high. Killing the goblin and checking the ??? gave 160 limit points on the spot, and returning to Rasdinice gave 620 allied notes.

for crystal fist/iron anvil, I think the ingredients can also be in any order, ie: poison potion needs water/mercury/poison powder, they can switch the last two (since it always asks for the crystal first). I'm wondering if they're gonna be using any recipes that have multiple types of synths though (black ink anyone? has 6 :/ )

This happened to me twice when I did this Op Mission. The NPC asked for Hard Boiled Egg (2 different synths, one with Bird and one with Lizard Egg) Both times only Bird Egg was listed. It was Fire/Distilled Water/Bird Egg both times.

Do you open more mission when you rank up at the evalution? Or they can just appears out of nowhere when you are rank 1? I was forced to join bastok after complething a quest, and my evolution was reseted. Gonna suck to wait 5 more days

came back from work, saw my Ops, and noticed that I had all the Ops discovered so far (after only having 5). I did a crapload of Campaign last night so I'm wondering if thats it.

Anyway I did Hawk Eye I (W) and Slaughterhouse I (W). Both involved going to an area around windurst (I chose MM), going to the beastmen stronghold there, and clicking one of 3 ???, waiting for something to happen, reclicking the ??? (for slaughterhouse only) and going back. You can't have sneak/invis up when you click the ???, but nothing around the place I went aggroed (there were campaign mobs, but they don't aggro without allied tags of course).

Pretty easy 230 xp

I am still Bronze Rank (I started two days after everyone else ;-; ). I had 2 OP credits ready.

I just did Hawk Eye I for Windy. I went to Fort-KNS, went to their fortification (I don't know how many there really are, but it was in the room with the mithra npc for quest). Checked the ???, went into blockaid mode and couldn't move. DO NOT DO THIS if you plan on getting aggro, or are engaged in Campaign.

About to do Brave Dawn I with my final credit. Someone already posted how to do this, but it REQUIRES at least 3 people, but only need one, for now. Just cure NPC I suppose.

A note about Vanguard X-I, specifically for Bastok: I tried to start the escort during campaign, and it would not let me. The npc said something about the troops not being there yet. Also, the coordinate for the North Guastaberg Gate Sentry is F-7, not E-7 as it says on the bgwiki.

You can escort the NPC during Campaign, you can't escort the NPC if someone already has it popped.

Smokescreen is exactly what it says, unfortunatly it make take a while to get it done.

Campaign against a Beastmen owned area that is an enemy of your partcular city.

I'm from bastok and I just did a bunch of campaign battles until one came up in a quadav owned area (anything between Bastok and Jeuno). You dont need to hit the stronghold or anything special, just join in the fight and when the campaign ends , as long as it was in a suitable area, the mission is marked as complete.

Did anyone figure out yet what's the maximum number of Ops "Tags" you can store up? Most i've seen for myself was 3, just wondering if anyone had more than that stored up at once.

Friend of mine didn't even know about OPs after being flagged in Sandy. Today was his fourth day after being aligned to Sandy and had 4 tags, believe it was mentioned in another thread that the JPs reported a max of 5 on some site.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but for the Streetsweeper ops the Suspicious Object can pop at G-9 too above the arcs.

Took me 40 minutes to complete this damn mission.

Lo and behold, right as I'm failing this mission hard core, someone posts that there's a keyitem laying around on the map in that other thread about how to get to Sandy easier. Fun times.
