The DB/WR's are almost ALWAYS touching on a deep ball, so putting your hands up like a retard is only asking to get Moss'd or flagged. Just because referee's don't call it every time it happens doesn't mean it's not a penalty you duck. Holding happens almost every play but they're called at the referee's discretion depending on severity. If you ever played you'd know in that type of situation you're not supposed to put your hands up until the ball is close to the receiver. This is fucking elementary shit we're talking about here. No one does that shit in the NFL unless they suck ass and/or want to get sportscenter top 10'd.
