Everyone other than Ledger up for best supporting actor (or would it be best actor?) shouldn't even worry about the speech.

He won't win it. I think there's only ever been four posthumous nominations in the past and they have all lost. Ledger stole the spotlight for that whole movie. He did fantastic, but it won't garner him an Oscar.

Now the question is who will be the next villain? I agree 100% it shouldn't be the Riddler. The Bale movies are much more dark than the prior Batman entries. The Riddler just seems to gimmicky and comedic to be going against Bale's Batman.

My list of possible future villains?
1. Hush - I personally think he would make a fantastic villain for the next movie. He hates both Bruce Wayne and Batman and knows they are one and the same. He's intelligent, brutal, and calculating. In the series he nearly beat the Riddler to death, killed Poison Ivy, framed Alfred for murder, and got the Joker to leave town. The guy is a bad ass.

2. David Cain - I like Cain but it would be too much like Batman Begins if they used him as the main antagonist.

3. Clayface - With Clayface it would either be magnificent or complete and total shit. It would all depend on the special effects.

Was an awesome movie. Although I didn't like the batman character... His batman voice was annoying as shit. Sounded like Tim Taylor's grunt from Home Improvement.

If they use Clayface it won't be your giant rock monster. That's something people have to understand about the nolanverse. Nothing magical or unbelievable. I could see him being a thief or killer who adopts people's identities using cosmetics and surgery.

I really actually think maggie is a pretty good looking actor, well after I saw her in stranger than fiction. She was pretty normal in Darko, she wasn't bad in the dark knight, but definately not up to her normal caliber in my opinion

Riddler and catwoman would be fucking dope for the third honestly, catwoman once again not necessarily really being a villain. If they sort of took a take from the latest batman cartoon on the riddler (minus the emo part) it would be more than doable to make him grim without looking retarded. Just give him dark greenish suits.

Can't wait to pick this up on Bluray. I couldln't understand half of the lines in the movie because the music was so loud. Dunno if it was the mixing on the reel or just my movie theater.

From an article I was reading about it, it's expected to end up at over $500 million. There are no more really big releases before Summers end, and it's about a month til school is back in session.
