He looks to be really good, but you just know that even if he ends up sucking, everyone is gonna praise it as his greatest performance ever and give the movie rave reviews. They're too scared to speak ill of the dead or something.

That being said, I am stupidly excited about this movie, and I hope hope hope it's good, because it looks awesome.

As far as the trailer goes, I saw it as one of the previews in the Iron Man showing Saturday. (It came after The Incredible Lulz...I mean Hulk.) It was pretty awesome. I think he'll do a fine job.

The whole point of the Joker is that his appearance belies his insanity. The Joker is supposed to look like a harmless, fun-loving clown that a kid wouldn't be afraid to get a balloon animal from. (Sadly, said balloon animal would be filled with cyanide gas...)

I think the best quote about the Joker was by the Trickster in Underworld Unleashed: "When villains want to scare each other, we tell Joker stories." he only reason he can get away with it so well is that he doesn't look like a frightening freak.

See now in the figure, part of his right forehead is okay. SOMETHING has to be fake here.

I don't know the first thing about Batman, but wikipedia says that he is sometime depicted as having a healthy left hand.
