In the comic books, the typical two face origin story has only his face being scarred. He designs the rest of his clothing to split down the middle, often with the right side being a business suit and the left side being some sort of purple, green, or other atraditional suit (velvet comes to mind). My interpretation of the trailer screen shot would be that what looks like his left shoulder being "fucked up" only appears fucked up because the clothing is different.Originally Posted by Bweigelt
Regarding the action figure, there could be a number of explanations other than "being shopped." The figure could be wearing a glove, or it's just a prototype figure, or it might not even be Two-Face, could be something entirely different that's being pointed at as Two-Face.
Two-Face and Joker are two of my favorite villains, both easily starring in their own films. The first Batman franchise got worse and worse as they tried to cram more and more characters into the films (Poison Ivy/Mr. Freeze/Bane/Batgirl introduced in one film? Argh); Spider-Man did the same thing with the third film. Batman Begins was fine with Ra's Al'Ghul (sp) and Scarecrow, as Scarecrow was really never the enthralling villain that Ra's/Joker/Two-Face are. I'm hoping that with this film, a Joker-centric story establishes Two-Face's origin, and Two-Face ends up becoming the central villain in the next film. The screenshots and other bits I hear are making me worried they're trying to cram too much in.
someone told me they thought they saw a glimpse of scarecrow in the trailer, but i couldn't find it.
Scarecrow was in Batman Begins.Originally Posted by Boyiee

Based on the scenes in the new trailer, it looks like Twoface is pinned against the floor with primarily his left side while gasoline is spilled onto the same floor and set alight? It could explain why his scars aren't perfectly symmetrical
yeah he has a cameo probably just the beginning since he was never caught in BB.Originally Posted by tyven

Everyone should read Long Halloween before seeing this i think. Also, the two-face picture above is an early conceptional design, he won't look EXACTLY like that, but a lot of him will draw from it. The figure is real.
I really don't get you people. Speculation only leads to disappointment, so let's just wait to see Two-Face in June! Or not? Whatever.
I can't wait for the Joker... but I'M GOING TO.
Two Face is going to be in the movie, that's fact. Not sure if he'll be doing anything besides being created, but he will be in it. And so will Scarecrow.
[spoiler:mm085d4m] Two-Face is in the movie. In fact, he's in that clip.[/spoiler:mm085d4m]
Day late and a dollar short here, but I never knew Mark Hamill voiced joker in the animated series o.O
That was always my favorite interpretation of Joker. I grew up watching that show almost religiously, so to me that IS joker. If only i could find the clip where joker is singing the song atop a christmas tree he used as a rocket to get out of prison. Probably my favorite part of the entire series.
Oh good lord, now I can not only not wait for The Dark Knight, but I'm going to go crazy waiting for the next oneOriginally Posted by Poopfacekilla

So true. The Joker has always been the best villian in the entire series imho.Originally Posted by Guitarman
The first movie was a blast with Jack Nicholson playing him as well, did a good job as him.
Can't wait to see this version of the joker, from the trailers alone it sounds like he pulled off a nearly perfect Joker, but they always make things look better in the trailers.
Who else liked Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face? I think he did a good job as him, now to see how Aaron Eckhart follows as him. :S

See for yourself! Notice how the camera switches to correspond w/ which 'side' of Harvey is speaking.
I saw it. Still not enough to judge how he does Two-Face though. :<
Tommy Lee Jones portrayal was NOTHING like comics Two-Face. Big ass wut @ at that comment.
Forgot I said he was exactly like the comic, he still did a good job at it.
Yeah i thought Tommy was a great two-face. He had the maniacal personality down pat. You can't blame him for being fed dumb lines.
he was awful. too campy, but then again that seemed to be the point so meh.
he definitely brought a lot of energy to the role but I never saw two-face as being a noisy douchebag. especially in the animated series, he always seemed cold and ruthless, not loud and obnoxious.
