I'm disappointed there's no Wings of the Goddess.

Why does this suck? Because it takes a minimum of 100 days [5(tiers) x 4(ranks per tier) x 5(days per eval)] to reach max rank?Originally Posted by Mytiwar
WoG rank system is very similar to Assault rank system, just with more ranks. Both WoG and Assault require a minimum of 5 days per eval.
How many times exactly?Originally Posted by Khamsin

Hmm, +40 HP isn't so bad for that level. It seems pretty good to have, if it becomes storeable, for level capped stuff.
The armor from sandy only give a 1 attack for boost, not sure about the acc yet. i was expecting at least 10, i hope the acc makes up for this pointless "attack boost".
2x Material Storm.Originally Posted by VZX

I had already done campaign battles before that, so I was probably right on the border between demotion and maintaining my rank already. It just shows that ops do affect evaluations, but probably to a lesser degree than battles.
Cobra set only gave me 10 MP increase.
I ranked up 10 days ago (to 2nd medal), then did nothing for 10 days. Last night I did a few campaign battles for a total of around 3k xp / 2k AN, and that got me another rank up.
Before the first one, I had done a bunch of ops and nothing, then did battles and ranked up.
I'm not convinced ops even count, or if they do it's much less efficient than battling. 1.5-2 hrs of battle was enough for me to rank up after 10 days of nothing since the previous rankup.
So at the npc you can now view the items available for the first 3 categorys. If the 4th and 5th categorys are in the Dats, noone has info on the later gear you can obtain? Im looking for the mage gear when its released so I hope sticking with windy is the choice (should be..) The cobra gear from category 2 is pretty dissapointing, I wanna know the stats atleast on the 70+ gear from higher ranks.
It's likely not implemented yet, considering it'll be another month or so before anyone gets that high
I took another look at all the medals, and I noticed something interesting which leads me to believe that there are only 3 ranks per nation. The first two ranks, ribbons and stars, are very objective, and could easily extend to all three nations. There are no particular ranks or settings that play favorite to any nation, yet with the last 3 (medals, emblems, and stars), there are a few that stand out as associated with a particular nation.
Take, for example, the emblems. We have your copper and iron, which could be across the board, but then we have the Emblem of the Steel Knight and the Emblem of the Holy Knight. Which nation focuses on Knights? It ain't bastok and windy.
Now move over to the medals. Starlight, Moonlight, and Dawnlight. None of these medals sound like bastokan or sandorian stuff -- I seem to recall windurst always being associated with various forms of light. Moonlight, fullmoon, ect.
Lastly, bastok's last two are associated with honor and integrity, two words which are constantly used within the bastokan military.
I suppose we'll find out before this week is over, as most of us that got right out of the gate will be hitting our second star.
By that logic,
would only be available to Windurst, and therefore only Windurstians can obtain the most prestigious award? DoubtfulMedal of Altana §§§§
An adaman medal engraved with the outline of the Dawn Goddess. Awarded to saviors of the Allied Campaign. The most prestigious decoration obtainable.

I'd also like to point out that seeing as this is the "Allied Campaign", no single country is ruled out. Regardless of the titles, it's obvious that this is a linear progression (*sigh*, just like all other rank ups) and only differs with each nation by what things you can purchase as you rank up.
I have to say I'm rather cheesed off by this. I was really hoping that you would get rewarded for various aspects of the campaign, and not strictly battles/ops. You know, some variety for a change. At least Campaign is fun. Far as I'm concerned, ToAU was just the beta for WotG.
We'll find out when we get there, amirite? :ashira:would only be available to Windurst, and therefore only Windurstians can obtain the most prestigious award? Doubtful
Got Bronze Star tonight, I think I got overdue (should be able to rank up on Thursday)
after tons of campaign battles (6k~ exp for my RNG buffer,which... went to nothing again after tonight's JoFaith) and 1 more OP, I can get promotion
just to confirm, this is when wearing all 5 pieces and not a per piece increase?Originally Posted by Mellema
