Which is worse, a poisoned apple or a poisoned banana?
Answer: They both fucking suck, and saying one sucks more than the other is an argument not worth having

I would say that the argument is like trying to determine which is the better pile of crap, but that works as well. CNN and Fox News both suck.Originally Posted by Demosthenes11

Do you guys watch local news, or listen to NPR?
Although not the best journalism example, but (at least my local journalists) they are far better then anything on CNN/FOX/MSNBC
edit: fox is not conservative, fox is neo-conservative.
LOL NPR is not better than those
I recently started listening to NPR because I got sick of listening to commercials while I'm going 5 mph on the freeway on my way home. I don't even know what channel the local news is on though.
eh it varies, channel 8, channel 12, etc. However they don't run news 24/7, (I personally forgot that concept existed)
There are so many stories like this one about this war its pathetic. Someone who dies on the 29th of a month, their family doesn't get the entire paycheck for that month. National guard troops being deployed on the front lines for 729 days (thats what their orders are wrote for) when 730 days qualifies them for the GI bill. It really makes no sense.Originally Posted by ozz

Sure, it "wasn't supposed to happen". Too bad the same thing happened about a year and a half ago until they got busted by blogs...Originally Posted by ozz
