Question about Skill of weapon like H2h skill, GA skill etc.

Hi sorry if it was already ask, didnt find any thread about this.

I was always thinking that those skill were a cap for dmg + some acc like 1 h2h skill = 1 acc and cap a bit further your dmg limit.

However someone told me today that 1 H2h Skill = 1 atk + 1 acc prior to 50 then it was like 1 atk and 0.9 acc.

Is that right ?

.9 acc and 1 atk past 200 skill

EDIT: I don't know exactly what you're referring to about damage caps, generally you don't have to worry about such things.

if you're using H2H, every +10 skill is +1 DMG to your weapon.
