New G15 Keyboard and..

My 2 week old G15 keyboard suddenly had the "1" "q" "a" "z" keys stop working. No idea, was in middle of playing FFXI. One second working, next not. Any ideas why? or how to fix?

And unfortunately my GF threw out receipt...so...any suggestions other than "return it" would be good

You should always keep the receipt / box your computer shit comes in. Half my closet is monitor boxes and mobo boxes.

i usually do..but maybe another alternative? (she puts out) Just was so excited @ keyboard...that didnt put it in my messy reciept pile with the other few thousand..any other suggestions?

Yeah, already done this a number of times, as well as using older vs of drivers etc. Still doesnt work..

Depending where you got it you can usually have customer service look up purchase information and reprint a receipt if you paid with a card.

happened to me too, trashed it as it was out of warrant at that point. you should be able to get another receipt/copy and rma it

This is truth, friend had the G7 mouse (or whatever the wireless nice on is) and the battery was losing its charge. Logitech sent him a new mouse without requesting the old one, with 2 fresh battery packs no questions asked. Think they only needed his invoice from newegg.
