Did Somepage die?

Wasn't too sure where to post this so I'll put it here. Did somepage die? I've notice it isn't updated anymore, which is a real shame because it used to be my favorite site (ignoring the super annoying popups and superhuge ads that break the page).

Not updated anymore it seems, a shame I guess but people do go elsewhere for info now so cant really blame them.

Their search function is still better than any other site's out there, real pity it doesn't have updated info. I still make use of it a lot though.

Yep, great search function and quick searches to find synthesis recipes and such. wiki is too bloated at times to find quick info.

Yeh, thier search function is what motivated me to actually get a fire resist build for my PLD (Instead of using a general MDB build for everything magic).

It also always seemed faster than ffxiwiki.. Shame

I too was as I used somepage so much for everything, helped me find foods for my level range properly, etc.

It's a great page and I really hope whoever it was that was behind it, is just on a holiday and not quitting somepage

Their search function was my favorite thing about the site, and the reason I went to them first for many things. They definitely did have the best.

I never realized other's felt the same way about it that I do, lol.

I noticed this the other day and was going to post it here but saw this topic. I still use somepage for the information that is already there it is the easiest place to search for things. I really hope someone comes back and starts updating it again. It is always such a fast website.

Quoted for absolute truth. I never really looked at the front page, but I was wondering why I couldn't choose Dancer for daggers search option. I checked the front page and they haven't updated since Pankration.

I vote that we get their permission to use that search utility for BG Wiki, if it can be formatted accordingly, if they did indeed abandon the site updates. [I know the creator has posted on here a few times]

I still use somepage for the food/recipes. Best site format ever. If it's dying then would be awesome if bgwiki could utilitze it somehow. ;;

I think Somepage died because everyone used it, but noone thought anyone else did, so noone mentioned it. They thought noone liked it and neglected it, and now we're all "OHNOES!"

I third or fourth the BGWiki trying to get Somepages Search function, that truly did rock.

I enjoy the otherwiki's pop-up suggestion thingy while you type in a search, but somepage's search would be far, far, far superior. I use somepage's search for everything I can think of (up until the Pankrankon update, of course). If we could get the same functionality on the bgwiki, that would be absolutely joygasmic.
