Kentucky is horrible and overrated this season. They also lost a key starter to injury late in the season. I haven't seen them play much, because I don't really care for their program. I called Marquette winning, they play them well historically.

Plan for next year:

I need to pick every team I think will win in the 8/9 and 7/10 games and then switch my pick to the opposite.
I think I went 1-7 on those games last year and I'm 0-3 so far this year. At least I always seem to be better at picking the later rounds.

Wow, Drake looks like a fraud. Don't get me wrong though, I felt Western Kentucky was a team better than their seed, but I figured Drake was still better than them. It seems like mid-majors do worse the rare times when they get a good seed.

Picking Davidson as one of my sleeper teams to come out of the Midwest regional. I luckily get to watch Curry play in high school here in Charlotte and now getting to see him play every game since the Davidson campus is literally 15 miles away? I have to say that they have a REALLY good chance to upset a few teams. They always play Carolina, Duke, Wake, and UNC Charlotte and other local huge schools really really well. I'm going out on a limb on this one!!!

I called it last week! Game is very far from over but damn, what a game Curry and the Wildcats are having! Playing right up in the road in Raleigh is a definite advantage, the atmosphere is as if they are playing in their own building.
