louisville's the only team im really hoping throws my bracket off completely :rocl:
looks like they're beating OK by about the same margin as UNC is beating arkansas atm

Hell, I had Duke going to the Elite 8 (stupid of me too) and Vandy getting past the first round. I had a lot go wrong for me. Just rooting for underdogs now.
LETS GO MISS ST
Sure wish i'd stuck with xavier in the championship game. It looks like i'd have a better chance putting them there than memphis as it stands at the moment
Memphis is gonna hold on. Woot.
Oh shit.
such a close game really makes me think they're gonna lose to michigan state though![]()
They're going from one MSU to another. A shame the next one is actually decent.

Better leave those starters in a 34 point game with 3 minutes to go Roy. You never know if Arkansas might go on some epic run.
Lol, the one guy on the unc team that didn't score in the last game got a 3 pointer at the end. The sad part is those 5 white guys that sit on the bench every game and only get to play when we hit 100 points with a 30 point lead are probably the best players their respective high schools have ever seen, but on UNC they are just on the bench. But they held their own against arkansas when they got to play, so its nice to see them play.Originally Posted by Ryany
But seriously, 108-77, anyone doubting UNC can be quiet now, idc how bad of a team arkansas is, we took that game and ran with it. Like i've been saying, lawson is back and we are unstoppable. Memphis and UCLA are choking early, Tennessee too, so I am almost 100% sure we are getting into final 4, and if we beat whoever kansas's bracket shows up to final four, we win tourny imo.
However tbh davidson scares meI live like just a few miles from them, and saw them in person and they are a very good team. But since they're a hometown team i'll root for them unless they get to UNC somehow, then its down with the wildcats.
Something to dwell on...
Largest average margin of victory in the tourney to this point.
1. UNC 30
2. Washington State 25.5
3. Louisville 24
This bracket will be fucking exciting the rest of the way out. I'd almost be willing to throw my entire bracket in the garbage to see UL play Wisconsin so Arch and I could fight to the death in a steel cage.
Edit @ Above:
If you think UNC has it easy from here on out, you really haven't been watching anyone outside of UNC.
Because every time i try and watch a game it goes for like 10mins then fucking CBS cuts away to another games tip-off, or breaks away for the final few minutes, you never get to see the meat of any game that isn't a local team(unc duke clemson and davidson for me). CBS is fumbling this tourny with only one channel carrying games.Originally Posted by Tyche

Could we implement a "punch clock" where punches can only be thrown with less than 5 seconds left?
I'm totally going to whoop you 6 punches to 5 over 40 minutes.
I picked who I thought would win, not always the highest seed. ^^Talus is in the best shape, but that's because he's the type of asshole who picks all 4 #1 seeds in the final 4. Go Texas and Wisconsin!
I'm more of a dick than an asshole though.

NCAA won't likely make another single channel deal. At least I hope not.
I live in western Kentucky and....I didn't get to see western Kentucky in the second round. I really don't like how they do it, but they do well for what it is. You can imagine how difficult it is to do it all on a single channel.
While the quality isn't great (it's better than most streaming though), you do realize that's why CBS is doing their FREE March Madness On Demand....right? I know it's no 40+" HD TV or whatever the case may be (I have a 32" Samsung HDTV I got a Friday), but it's better than nothing and after the first couple days of it messing up, it's been working fine for me. Just turn that on your computer when you want to see how some other games are going. It's a pretty nice quality considering. It's taken directly from the HD feed.
I think CBS is handling the situation quite nicely. They are showing stuff in most people's area and switching to games to show the tip-offs because people like seeing the starts, or switching away when it's a blow out. I do realize they've fucked up and switched away to from the end of an exciting game to a not-so-exciting one, but they're trying their best with only having one channel and all, lol. Oh well. I just thank god it's not ESPN, really.
davidson is sick
Hate to be a stickler but UNC won their games by 39 and 31 >.> so its 35 average for us. Missed that earlier.Originally Posted by Tyche
That Arkansas game was a thing of beauty, it wasn't some slow gradual lead throughout the game, UNC got to 11-33 in the first like 12 or 13 minutes, it was a blowout from tip-off. I am so happy.
I think people are basing their opinions of UNC on the games we played without lawson(including both losses) because basically he got injured at the start of conference play and those are the games that are televised, and he wasn't full strength even in the ACC tourny, this is the first time I've seen him back to his bullet like speed since before the injury. I know this is about the 30th time I've said hes back, but it is worth mentioning, because he is simply an amazing player. With lawson in those two games we would have been undefeated this season without a doubt.
