Meta game solution: Aurora
I had a hunch what it was after we found hospital and that 70's show. 70's show is in Wisconsin, the game is named funny farm, a type of mental hospital. So, I just looked up nut houses in Wisconsin...
What do the yellow boxes do, and which blank does Aurora go in?
It's X-Files + lower left yellow box = something red, then that 70's show takes you to the right state (wisconsin) and the lower right is what you're looking for (hospital). After we get the lower left yellow box all your guesses are checked against the final answer.

The 15th hint said to combine the "left two", i.e. X-Files and Religious cult ... combine that thought with the upper right (That 70's Show) to "get to the right state", and then combine that answer with the bottom right "hospital".
Use the logic in the post above to get Aurora I guess. While I get Wisconsin/Hospital, I'm not sure what they were going for with X-Files + Religious Cult --> Insane, but as he said, the web address was a better clue.
Edit: Bah, forgot about the "something red" part Tythera mentioned. Still don't get that part.
Red Museum is the episode name. It also involves a religious cult. Not only that, but it takes place in Wisconsin (That 70s Show also takes place in Wisconsin). So now the only thing to figure out is how Red Museum and Hospital in Wisconsin relate.

It's a mental house.
