The 256mb non-SLI 8600m GT in my MacBook Pro gets fucking hot, I'd be afraid to buy a laptop that looks to get even hotter than mine...
(it's crying for overheating faults imo, not to mention it'll be more battery hungry with a 1080p LCD screen...)
