GMs no longer do anything about holding NMs?

If they got it killed before the rage timer who cares? I hate how people QQ and call holding on this kind of bullshit when there just newbs trying to kill a NM not holding it to control ToDs. Theres a difference between holding nm and trying to kill it but doing it slowly because of less numbers / skill. Like the time when that group killing cerb got jailed because their paladin had an EStaff and wasn't doing damage fast enough when they were trying to low man it and the retarded GMs obviously didn't know the game mechanics.
