I find it rather interesting that I haven't seen anything stolen on this thread aside from FFXI accounts. If they're going to get that dirty, why not just go the whole mile and start jacking some credit cards, or have they done that? It doesn't make sense. I guess it's "less illegal" to steal accounts, and much less likely to be prosecuted, but they don't seem to be too much concerned with the legality of their operation in the first place.

When you go in to change the CC information on PoL, it does the standard XXXlastfournumbers format. That would take abit more work.

A friend pointed something out to me earlier... we noticed the RMT mules were buying tenshodo invites trying to change their "New Adventurer" title. We went over to Rolanberry Fields bazaars and noticed the whole west side hill was full of "Tenshodo Member" mules selling stolen gear...

The same RMT that sold my BLU gear now has someone's Genie Weskit over on Lakshmi. ~.~ Anybody know who this might belong to?

Best thing SE can do is change POL so that to change password and account info, you have to already be logged in. So instead of accessing it from the initial startup screen you would login like you are logging in to play FFXI and then have the option in there. Also, have it setup so that you cannot access that information from the guest login option.

It is sad that SE is so unwilling to give people their accounts back in so many cases. Sadly I think it will take a class action suit for them to change their policies. If everyone affected by this contacts one attorney and sues, you will get the best results.
