Freelancer NPCs? Where are you!?

Kilhwch - Excalibur NPC

These 2 ppl are in Bastok (at least on Asura). They are by the zone to South Gustaburg (in the past) The girl, Ulla, talks about 'our nation faces a uphill battle in its quest to bring peace to the land' and that Kilhwch and her may be of some assistance. The Excal NPC doesnt say much but thinks my intentions are crooked.

I dont know if someone found these npcs in other places and actually was able to recruit them for Bastok. I checked the news guy and it says freelances are unknown for all 3 nations. They there for anyone else on another server?

Theyr'e in Bastok Markets. I found that Azima moves to the south part of North Gustaberg too, ive seen her at the zoneline to where konshtat would be, and the west zoneline to where south Gustaberg would be. She just sighs about wanting to get to Konshtat or South Gust.

So I'm totally out of ideas. We're missing items for Dalzakk, Kilhwch, Ulla, Azima, or Rainemard thus far And haven't even found Azo, Vahi, Titania, Babban Ny Mheilea, Abenzo or Bryher.

Dalzakk is a monk, looking for something we can't see? I don't have the slightest clue what he could mean.

Kilhwch is overly protective of Ulla, who is, from what I can tell, some sort daughter of some aristocrat motivated to help fight the war? And oh-so cliche refuses to stay in her room. God, what do girls like? And what of their bodyguards?

Azima sounds easy enough, it's obvious she's an Alchemist in the present day and wants to travel away from Bastok. Perhaps some sort of outlandish Alchemy ingredient?

Rainemard is the father of Curilla, the current head of the Temple Knights, and "master of the sword". We know Rainemard runs afoul of the San d'Orian church later on- perhaps while in Jugner looking to take back La Vaule? I haven't the damnedest idea for him either.

As for the NPCs we haven't found yet, I can only assume they have yet to be implemented. Perhaps in the beastmen strongholds, Beaucedine, or Xarcabard? Mayhaps even, we compete with the beastmen for the loyalty of the Freelances? After all when asking your local NPC for an update on your nation's campaign efforts- the Beastmen do have a "Freelances" category. Though I think that may be there due to sheer laziness. Gonna try some more stuff for Ulla/Kilhwch/Azima and head to bed.

I assume 515 ,517, and 520 are also him, my Bastokan friend said that tells me he got the 516 message, but I haven't personally seen it- but it does make sense.

I assume 520 is his "ok lol i'll join you" bit, and whatever 515 is- it sounds like the "start" of the quest

Eastern Gem ist the only collectable item that's somehow involved in the quests around Ensetsu and Kagetora (besides different key items). Maybe try to trade some of those.

Well I think there is only supposed to be one Glory Crown according to the story.... so yeah

Explain to me why Elvira and the Anhilator NPC (who I dont even know the name of) both have Anhilator.

Explain to me why Cerane I Virgaut and Perseus both have Aegis.

<_< I think if they wanted you to think relics were one of a kind, all the NPCs would be the same, not just some.

Maybe they inherited them from the original relic holder, kinda like we do? (Although that wouldn't exactly explain why the Hydra Corps had them, so them just being very elite pieces of equipment still makes the most sense.)

I assumed all the relic holders (that we inherit from) were part of the Hydra Corps, which hasn't happened yet?

Isn't the Mandau NPC a Taru? And I could've sworn that the guy that got it in that "Letter from the Hydra Corps" or whatever was an Elvaan (along with the majority of the Hydra Corps). I at least recall him (the guy in the letter) mentioning that the Mandau told him it once belonged to a legendary thief, who I would presume is the Taru.

Bastok on Hades has Kilwitch and Ullia. Ullia makes me laugh -- classic loud, overbearing noble.

Bastok has Choh Mou. She shows up in town by the warp npc when not in campaign. Also, Vahi is Choh Mou's Scorpion pet, and Azo is her Spider pet. They can be buffed and cured like other NPC's.

Edit: The Sigil NPC mentions Sigil has different bonuses depending on your nations Freelance NPC's, but it offers no new options so if it's not stated what it is I have no idea how to find out. And about the Freelance Titania, I wonder if it doesn't show up anywhere, maybe trading the bottled fairies to the Fey Spring is the method of recruiting them.
