It's only random areas on random servers. Just because you got disconnected from your server doesn't mean the entire server is down.

I'm fairly certain that the server's aren't actually down, they're just having routing/connectivity issues, which means that even if you got disconnected from a zone with an HNM in it, the timer for that HNM probably won't reset. Unless they have to restart the server to fix the issue, in which case the status on playonline will change from Partially Down to Maintenance.

My Nyzul static and I got R0 (Fairy server) while exiting the Assault. Someone d/c'd, someone didn't (me).
They all came back btw, but when they zoned in Aht Urhgan they d/c'd again.
