My concern wouldn't be that the GMs can't do anything about, but more along the lines that the GMs don't seem to care they can't do anything about it, and seem to show no care if it doesn't go past them.

To GMs, this is their job. I'm sure a lot of us don't care at our workplace. To us, this is a game, to most this is a way of life.

Speaking from a Tech support POV, after the 50th question of the same thing, you stop caring and become robotic in your responses.

It is probably not the NA GM's fault, it is the fact that the JP GM's would probably do it for the JPs but ours are probably told not to do these type of things.

I wasn't online for the big server crash...but it seems whatever "emergency maintanence" they did isn't working. I'm still getting the red dot of doom.

It's happening on Ragnarok too, multiple people from different regions across several zones. So far no one has been actually DC'ing or having trouble logging in, but people with R0 for a good 5-20 seconds then 'catch up'.

Sorry to all the people who lost something during the crash. It sucks that no one is doing anything about it.

Same thing is happening on Remora.

This also happened on Asura the night before the crash everyone on my linkshell had r0 for about 15 seconds all at once and in my exp pt.

The worst experience I had was on the 6th when the 4 servers went down. I was out at mamool ja staging point in a merit party (a crappy one at that, but I digress); anyway, the server hiccuped and I fell down to 40% connection strength along with the rest of my party.

Maybe it's a sign something's very, very wrong and SE isn't saying anything.
