New Exp/Merit Locations

You get Refresh/Regen and food bonuses... pre 50, most of the camps are a short walk from the OP warper in the past or a Cavernous Maw. Exp Bonus comes when your not being overrun with other PTs pulling for dear life.

That alone should be a reason to level in the past over the older camps... that and the older camps are made of 16min repop win.

Well, sure. I thought Bariss might be referring to the ToAU areas though, beyond lv53. It'd be nice to have a change from those.

for bsts, east ronfaure S, 45-48 or so, do colibri and ladybugs vs each other, near the fort. just beware of an occasional skeleton(the bones were EP at that lv). its great xp

I'm trying to find a spot where i can solo on DNC at level 40 in past... but everything i try is too high or too low... any suggestions?

Hmm, I'm trying to remember correctly. I think that when i was on 40 WHM some rarab/saplings/bees were EM or T to 40. The ones in the southern portion of Fort K. D-14 to about G-13. I don't think anything aggros there either, except the nook of Gobs way over in D-12, or maybe a rare bat at night.

Those dhalmels replace Kazham levels. 27-31 or so.

No Erase for Def Down and needing a WHM because /WHM doesn't give Silena until 38 doesn't sound like a fun alternative to death by Smithy aggro.

I didn't realize they forgot to add echo drops to this game.

Beetles in meriphataud which I posted earlier in the thread, also you can do colibri but they'll be a bit tough at 34, better 35-41.

I noticed Diving Beetles in Saur. Champaign are EP's to me (on the way to the Fortifications) at 60, haven't checked them with other jobs. Maybe another option?

Trying to get people to xp in the new zones is near impossible. My social LS fails and everyone has mixed jobs at mixed levels which takes them out of the picture. I've had to resort to soloing because people fucking suck and would prefer a packed to the brim Garlaige.

ack I missed two camps while levelling now the mobs are low for my group oh well.

Rumble crawler exp replacement : Tabar Beaks in Saura. They are T-VT to level 50, so a 46 party should be ok . The sauramauge skins are all T, so those would be nicer for the bridge between 43-46. These are all guestimates, but I'd have taken my parties to here if I knew about them before ><

I'm now looking for an area for my lvl50 party to go. Rafflesia camp in Fort KNS is a tad too high, PLD getting hit for 100, maybe at 52 it'll be better on him due to level difference.

Has anyone found a good camp for 3-4 people from 18-24? We hit up Korroloka Tunnel and although it's still good for our range(we all hit 19 tonight) we'd rather fight in the past for the Sigil buffs to increase our xp/hr. Avoiding the Dunes has made us happy on these noob jobs and we'd like to keep that up through Qufim and maybe Kazham.

The sheep at the N Gusta maw are 25-28, was very nice for DNC/BST solo at 26 and 27.

Uh, just an observation here.

The Robbers and Pugils around the tower in Vunkerl all con EP, but are JUST too low to aggro 75, given that the Robbers in Kuftal all aggro 75, perhaps that would be a viable 50ish camp?

It's lolcrabs though.

they aren't low enough to just not aggro, they don't aggro at all.

Oh snap, I hadn't noticed that, I just had been going through being sneaky, then in lag in a fight noticed a crab next to me not aggroed.

I knew they didnt agrro, but that makes for eaiser pulls and a quick zone if things get in a hurry via the campaign arbiter anyways.

Lordwafik, would you say basically any typical setup from 43-45 would be ok on the Northern camp in Mer.Mount on the new courels? I remembered farming on those at 75 and having the blaster move being nasty lol Bringing up my first melee job and trying to find lots of new and exciting camps in the new areas :D
