KC Ranger, also if literally nothing else, Utsusemi recasts.

For runs I've actually been to, its been I think 13/20 or so on Haidate...and to this day, no time that I have ever fought Byakko have I seen D.Legs drop.

These need to drop already. Looking towards those, faith torque, divisor ring, and toreador's for current goals on mnk gear. Then maybe full usukane.

Drop rates also decrease when your expectations are slightly less than realistic.

They're not all too unrealistic besides the full usukane atm(Which i'm 1/5 atm). Have done JoF a handful of times he just won't drop my torque, but still able to kill it w/o problems. Divisor is just luck of spamming that assault and toreadors can be bought (although I do the ENM for it 0/10 atm)

We had 15 or so on the list at one point, but some became inactive members, some were bards, etc... we went on a 0/11+, now on a 2/3 since then; still about 8 on the list or so. Some people get it much faster than others, I've heard ridiculous amounts of stories involving this item, and I have yet to get mine (though melee hose is a very nice piece in the mean time).

my shell has also had horrendous luck with this. 0/15 kind of thing.
we also have this knack of giving them to people then watching these people quit the game within a month or two, which makes what few drops we get feel even worse.

We're about 1:3 for haidate with TH4.

We've had the same luck in my shell.
