Both of them have very high accuracy (and evasion). It's certainly not 100% accuracy, though.

tricen...they have just inherently high evasion and accuracy. with full evasion gear, thf. and mambo he could probably still pull off like 80% accuracy.

for anyone who is confused tricen said one is more accurate than the other, well now that i think about it tricen is just plain insane b/c he thought simurgh cant miss ever.......

Or you're friends with people who are either stupid, liars or both.

I haven't killed Roc since like...the original EXTREME existed, but I've never seen 100% acc on Simurgh.

I have tanked both Roc and Simurgh as THF, and I can assure you that 294 evasion skill, +30 evasion from gear, and +30something AGI makes them extremely lol.

Tanked simurgh recently, with mambo and full eva set, and he still hit almost every shadow of mine. I parried more than he missed me.

Roc on the other hand is nowhere near as buffed.


Simurgh doesn't hit very hard either, PLD could tank him np with def/shield set.

What Wafik said - tried to EVA tank Simi a while ago. It only took 30 seconds to notice its a complete waste of time and made me switch to full HASTE/DD gear.

His ACC is ridiculus but its more like 95% since that shoul be ACC cap.

I mean, I've heard from many people saying that one of them has really crazy ACC (this was back before merits and stuff, or maybe right after) and the other just sucked. I am pretty sure Simmy was the one with crazy acc cause Roc has bene and that sucks balls.
