These are 100% authenticate lol, I've been seeing these for about a year and half now through emails at work. One of the guys in our office, has a customer contact that lives near Casa D' Ice and we asked him if they were real, we were skeptical at first too. He said that the owner of the place changes them weekly. Such a great idea, and cool to see someone that uses the first amendment and doesn't care who he pisses off lol. If I ever make it back to that part of the country, I plan to make a stop there for sure.

I think it makes him look like a dumbass. How much do you want to bet his restaurant in some way benefits from these "illegal aliens"?

Unless they employ illegal aliens themselves, or knowingly obtain their supplies from illegal aliens when other practical sources are available, there's nothing hypocritical about it. They can't help anything that's beyond their control.
