I'm sure that the top/roof of the vehicle rises when using the living space, and lowers (as pictured from the outside) when in transit, like some motorhomes/trailers. You can see on the interior pics where the top section would drop to when lowered, which would cover all the windows seen.

I could see that, too be honest I just don't believe the truck in the first picture is the same as the rest of the shots. The windows don't match up at all.

Naw, look outside the windows of the truck - clearly not virtual with the blown-out overexposed grass and whatnot.
