Is it sad that when I first saw that pic nothing seemed wrong until I read your post? It's honestly the norm over here in Staten Island and it disgusts me to no end.

To those who are around these 46 chromosome deficient subjects are they as bad as they are in everyday life as they are in pictures? I have seen them in bars/clubs and can confirm the behavior and persona is spot on in those environments but what about school and work (if they even work)?
