PS3 5 free Blu Ray Advertisement

hey, I was just wondering if anyone was having this problem also:
I send mine in like halfway threw October, the due-date being Oct.31, and I still haven't gotten them in yet...
Did anyone else have this sort of problem also?
I tried search, but didn't find anything, so sorry if this is a repost.
So, should I try calling them? Or should I just keep waiting?
This is kind of irritating, it being the middle of December, but I've never done anything like this before, so I don't know if it's normal or not.

I think this is common, I've seen a few threads and posts about it on other forums.

it was 5 i thought? but anyways, it takes 6-8 weeks, and trust me, they take the full 6-8 weeks. also if they run out of one of the movies you wanted, they'll substitute one, but it'll delay it another month or so.

Sent for my 5 free HD DVDs on Oct 22...got them in Dec 11.

Sent for my 5 free Blu Rays on Dec 3rd...we'll see when I get them.
