FFXI Crashes to Desktop for a Week Now

For about a week now FFXI has been Crashing to Desktop for me. It ONLY happens in laggy places such as Campaign and Whitegate. I have not tried Besieged yet, but I'm sure it would happen there as well. When I crash, I get this error message:

Anyone know what could be causing it? I've already run a file check through POL on all the .dats to fix any files that might have been corrupted but it came up clean. If there's any information you feel I should post that can help solve this problem, I'll be glad to post it.
